I have a degree in Communication, but after graduating from university I accidentally got introduced to the world of recruitment and selection. Bitten by the HR bug, I worked within the recruitment business as an office manager for more than 4 years, before taking on this international challenge.

How would you describe the ideal candidate?
Of course, it is impossible to generalize, but the most successful candidates are outgoing and strong net workers. We are looking for applicants who are entrepreneurial. People who want to pursue an international career within sales.

What is the most important quality you’re looking for within an applicant?
Of course we need to take different aspects into account, but for me the first condition is passion. I want to feel your passion for sales. I’m looking for applicants who literally breath sales.
