My Background
Prior to working at Media Plus I was able to gain international sales experience in a number of different industries. During my four years at Media Plus as both a sales consultant and a government relations executive, I visited over 20 countries, met with Ministers, Heads of State and leaders of Industry. Working in a fast pace at the highest business levels was a profitable experience that added greatly to my work and life experience. Since then I worked in Corporate Communication with large multinationals and as a sales director in International Real Estate in Spain. I honestly believe that you can quickly adapt to most sectors once you master the art of selling. I recently moved to the US and I am now a director of US recruiting for Media Plus. I am happy to be able to share my work experience with new candidates.

My idea of the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude in every sense, a people’s person with a strong sales intuition and drive. They are open to new situations, willing to evaluate and challenge themselves, and are consistent and hardworking. They have a proven international curiosity exhibited by living, working or traveling abroad.

What is the most important quality I look for in an applicant?
Being excited and eager to sell. Be curious and retain a positive mindset. Be persistent and willing to work hard to reach your goal.
