Recruitment Procedure

At Media Plus Consulting, we look for dynamic and commercial individuals, who match our positive company culture and spirit. Specifically, we select those who see the joy and challenge in international advertising sales.

The recruitment turn-around period is short and concise. The first selection is made on the basis of your application letter, which includes a cover letter and resume. After the initial resume screening, we will conduct telephone interviews with selected candidates to provide more information about the position and to find out more about the prospective applicant. After which, we will arrange to meet the suitable candidates in person. This personal meeting will conduct a personal interview, combined with an assessment.

Once hired, there is the in-house training period, which allows you to learn more about the job and allows us to further evaluate your fit with the position. The entire procedure represents an investment on our part to ensure you are the right candidate for the position and that you stand the best chance to be successful.
