As a sales coach some of my responsibilities are: arranging openings, starting up projects, compiling and staying with teams until they are ready to sell, training sales consultants on the introduction, interview, close, objection handling, keeping in touch with head office, taking part in planning, training new consultants, organizing regional trainings, recruitment sessions, problem solving, arranging MoUs, product development, etc.
Being 100% responsible for your own success means the following: meeting the cream of the crop in all types of business environments, working in challenging markets, finding solutions for their problems, and working hard + playing hard.

As I went through all the different stages of development – trainee, junior sales consultant, senior sales consultant, country director, junior field coach – my growth curve has been very steep and I learned not only about how to sell, stay successful and create great reports, but also to deal with people in an efficient way.
A typical day is planned carefully the day before and is never the way you expected it to be. Having a plan B helps you to stay really flexible and to make the most of the day. From 9 to 5 is time for the field activities, and from 9 to 5 is time for planning, roleplays, administration and communication with the head office.
The amount of money you make, the people you meet and the whole experience is up to you. You build your own life the way you want it!
